Size without frame: 22 x 29 cm. Size with complimentary frame: 36 x 43 cm. Work-sketch in oil on canvas depicting a landscape with young shepherds, signed at the bottom left “P. Joris Roma 1865”. From a private collection. In fairly good condition, in patina, with signs of ageing, also at the edges of the canvas. Small and irrelevant restorations emerged under Wood’s lamp. After being tested with appropriate solvents, the artwork proved to be authentic in all its parts, including the signature. With certificate of authenticity and lawful origin issued by our gallery, with photo as required by the law. Trackable insured shipping.
