Resulting from the harvest of the year 2009, this rum Plantation has had a double distillation still in column and stills in Charentais, in the South Pacific Distillery. This rum Plantation Peru 2006 is a vintage that fits in the range "Vintage collection" of the brand. This limited edition is a traditional rum produced at the distillery "Unidas S. A. De Peru". A 3-day fermentation precedes a distillation carried out in 2006 in Pot Still WARNING/ the shipping costs are cumulative. check your package before signing. (Alambic) and Column Still (Column) . This results in aging for 11 years in Bourbon barrels (200 liters) under tropical conditions, followed by an additional 2 years in Ferrand barrels in France, in the Cognac region. Flavors of violet, this rum expresses charm and complexity, the signature of its double-aging.
