Polychromatic painting and gilded decoration; in the center, the Order of St. Andrew’s star with a Cyrillic inscription, the motto translated as “For Faith and Loyalty”; in the banner, a chain with heraldic motifs, and below it, the double-headed eagle; In 1777, Empress Catherine ordered three large services there for her order celebrations at the Winter Palace: the George Service with 80 place settings, the Andrew Service with 50 place settings, and the Alexander Service with 60 place settings, Ø 24 cm
