A lovely very interesting antique Chinese porcelain plate with a central decoration of a large and extensive monogram, possibly from a Dutch Baronal family with the initials VD (or DL) , crowned with the Baronal crown(?) surrounded by floral sprays and a bouquet, covered in nice overglaze famille rose enamels with gold. There was a former description which noted that this plate could be either from the Van Dedem family or De Lawick) . Handcrafted in ancient Imperial China during the Qing dynasty, Qianlong period (ca. 1750) . On the backside an unglazed foot rim. Guaranteed original and of the stated period.

Condition: The object is in overall good condition, mouse bites on the backside and a hairline, otherwise no damages or restorations. The condition is carefully checked with strong UV-light and bright translucent white light.
