The inner strand composed of 47 round cultured pearls measuring approximately 13.8 to 10.0 mm; the outer strand composed of 51 round cultured pearls measuring approximately 14.0 to 10.0 mm, the clasp set with baguette and marquise-shaped diamonds, internal strand length 23 inches.
Condition Report:
In good condition, the mounting with scratches and scuffs commensurate with wear. Mounting tests as platinum. The cultured pearls are of creamy to silvery white body color, with moderate rose and green overtones, good to very good luster and minor blemishing including pitting. The diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 7.70 carats, approximately G-I color, VS clarity. According to the consignor, the necklace was previously in the collection of Millicent Rogers
