Framed: 91.5 by 69.3cm., 36 by 27¼in.
Executed in 1950.

The authenticity of this work has been confirmed by the Comité Chagall.

Condition Report:
Executed on cream wove paper and not laid down. There is a minor loss to the extreme left edge and a 1.5cm tear to the upper part of the right edge; there are a few further minor nicks to the extreme edges. The sheet is slightly time stained with a few faint creases; it is also gently undulating with some very light water stains in places, associated with the artist's materials. There are tape remnants on the verso, relating to previous framing. This work is in overall good condition.
