Originally released in the EX Crystal Guardians expansion set of the Pokémon Trading Card Game, offered here is Blastoise 14! What makes this copy special though is that it was released as a National Championships promotional card. It was specifically given to staff members who worked the event, evident by the gold foil "STAFF" stamp near the bottom right corner of the card. There is also a National Championships stamp at the bottom right corner of the illustration box. The artwork was done by Kouki Saitou. PSA has certified 38 copies earning a Gem Mint 10 grade.
