Pokémon Gible 097 Autumn Battle Road Promo PSA Trading Card Game Gem Mint 10 (The Pokémon Company, 2008) Holo. With the 2008 Battle Road being the final Battle Road tournament, something had to take its place. That's where the Japan World Championship Representative Tournament, also knowns as the Pokémon World Championship Series, came in! The entire structure of the tournaments was changed, with three different stages that became smaller in numbers as they went on. The final stage would lead to the selection of the players who would represent Japan at the 2009 World Championships! The 1st Stage, known as the Qualifying Stage, was held across 47 prefectures in Japan from October 12th to January 25th. All participants of this stage received a sealed cellophane pack that contained 3 cosmos holofoil promotional cards. And one of them is offered here: Gible 097/DP-P! The adorable artwork was done by Hiroki Fuchino. PSA has certified 82 copies earning a Gem Mint 10 grade. Note that this card is slabbed and accepted as being from the 2008 Autumn Battle Road, which did not end up happening as the Battle Road was cancelled and replaced with the World Championship Series.
