Pokémon Tropical Wind DP25 Black Star Promos PSA Trading Card Game EX 5 (The Pokémon Company, 2009) Top Thirty-Two, World Championships. From the 2009 World Championships comes the promotional card Tropical Wind! Taking place in San Diego, California from August 13th to 15th, the 2009 World Championships was the first to officially cover both the Pokémon TCG and the video game championships. The artwork, done by Sumiyoshi Kizuki, features Psyduck, Shaymin, Bidoof, and Weavile having some fun under the sun! This specific copy of the card was awarded to trainers who ranked in the top 32. Note that this is one of the Worlds 2009 cards that features the collection number printed incorrectly. It should read DP48, as DP25 was the Worlds 2008 number!
