The card was distributed as a participation award in the Final Tournament at 9 regional Challenge Road tournaments; 64 copies were distributed per event. An additional 10 copies were given away in a lottery through Trainers Magazine Vol. 3, bringing the total number of copies to 586. The artwork features Psyduck, featured on all subsequent prints of the card, along with Jigglypuff. BGS has graded the card with the following sub-grades: centering (9), edges (9), corners (9), and surface (9). The artwork is done by Sumiyoshi Kizuki.
