Polish Resistence "Armia Krajowa" Armband Lukow 1939/45
Polish Resistence "Armia Krajowa" armband of its branch in Lukow dated 1939/45. This was the typical armband used by the underground army members of the Polish state during the German occupation. It is a very interesting item that reminds us of the hereoic resistance of the Polish people against the sadistic and supremacist Germany of the III Reich that occupied Poland. The armband is made of two different fabrics sewn together in order to create the Polish flag. On the armband there is an inscription AK Luków probably, which probably was some kind of armed unit within the AK. A great and very desirable item for any collector of European Resistance items.
