Popular FD-22 Grateful Dead Handbill
This Grateful Dead handbill was designed by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley for a Family Dog show at the Avalon. Thankfully, this did not become the “trademark” of the Dead. The FD-26, which was created less than a month later, is undoubtedly the most famous poster from the Family Dog series, as well as one of the most recognized images ever used by the Grateful Dead.
Medium: A Buyers Premium of 15% will be added to the hammer price of all lots.
