Small porcelain vase by Carl Tielsch, 1910s-1920s.
This porcelain mark "C.T., Altwasser, Silesia" without "Germany" was in use 1909-1934.
Carl Tielsch founded the Altwasser factory in 1845. Products of the Tielsch factory quickly became known for their high quality and artistic values, compared to porcelain manufactures from Berlin or even Meissen.
