Post Korean War Springfield Armory M1 Garand Semi Automatic Rifle .30-06 Caliber
This M1 Garand semi auto rifle was made by Springfield Armory between 1955 and 1957 and is chambered in .30-06. The rifle features a guarded blade front sight on a 24" SA marked barrel with a 2-55 barrel date. It is fitted with an SA marked cut op rod and a stamped trigger guard assembly SA marked. The receiver is fitted with an adjustable rear aperture sight, SA marked bolt, and marked "US Rifle Cal. 30 M1 Springfield Armory". The rifle is fitted with walnut stock and with a CMP cartouche on the left side and Circle "P" mark on the lower grip and fitted with an olive nylon sling and checkered butt plate with empty storage compartment.
