Condition Report:
Good overall condition.
The chromed steel presents with scattered surface scratches, light dents on the edges, oxidation traces and instances of wear throughout each chairs.
One chair presents with a more visible scratch measuring about 24 cm on the proper right side of the seat, as well as chips revealing the original color of the steel on the seat corners and on the legs.
The other chair presents with more visible rubbing marks on each side of the seat and small scratches (of about 3 cm) on the proper left edge of the seat.
The halyard is in good condition (changed?)

Catalogue Note:
The design of the PK 25 armchair originated from a project by Poul Kjaerholm at the Danish School of Arts, Crafts and Design in 1952.

Our armchairs date from the early production years at Fritz Hansen, who produced them in very limited numbers from 1952 to 1956, before production shifted to furniture manufacturer E. Kold Christensen from 1956 to 1982.
