Prayers for the month of Ramadan signed Hasan Al-Khavansari, Qajar Iran, 19th century, and its supplements with other prayers recited during pilgrimage to the Holy Shrines [of Najaf and Karbala], Persian manuscript on paper, 115ff. plus two fly-leaves, each folio with 19ll. of black naskh script, titles in red, text within black-ruled gold frame, catchwords, opening bifolio with finely illuminated headpiece in gold and polychrome, gold foliage around the margins and text in clouds bands on gold ground, colophon signed in elegant script, the date of Rabi' I AH 1214 possibly tampered with, probably in original lacquered binding with floral decoration, text panel 15.3 x 8.8cm.; folio 20.6 x 13.4cm.
