Prehistoric Anasazi Black on Red Pottery Bowl - Intact!
Native American, Southwest, Southern Colorado Plateau, Ancestral Puebloan, Anasazi, ca. 9th to 12th century CE. A lovely, intact pottery bowl of hemispherical form with a bare terracotta exterior and an interior adorned by black-on-red decoration. Featuring a thick band surrounding the rim, the interior displays a design of a circle divided into quadrants lined by filled and hatched triangle motifs with nested triangles and comb designs near the center bottom. Size: 6.2" L x 6.6" W x 3.4" H (15.7 cm x 16.8 cm x 8.6 cm)
