Includes: Jimmy Carter (1980), Ronald Reagan (1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988), George Bush (1989, 1990, 1991, 1992), Bill Clinton (1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000), George Bush (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008), Barack Obama (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016), and Donald Trump (2017, 2018).
