Printed, Watercolor, and Pen and Ink-decorated "Lions and Kings" Birth Fraktur, Friederich Speyer, dated "1790," the central heart-shaped reserve with printed text filled out in pen, surmounted by a winged heart, and surrounded by freehand drawings of fancifully dressed crowned figures, birds, flowers, and rampant lions below, (foxing, minor staining, folds, small losses and tears), 13 x 16 in., in a modern grain-painted frame with corner blocks.
