Stanley, who " Quit Prohibition Job" after just 13 months as he "Made Many Enemies among "Wets", accompanied by a photo, business cards, identification card, and a slew of newspaper clippings relating to the inspector's actions and accidents that he was involved in, finally a letter of recommendation from the Advance Stores Company dated December 11, 1940.
