Property from an Important Private Collection Nur al-Din ‘Abd al-Rahman Jami (d.1492), Subhat al-Abrar, Safavid Persia, dated 962 AH/1555 AD, Persian manuscript on paper, 37 leaves plus 3 fly-leaves, 21 lines to the page written in black nasta’liq within 4 columns, ruled in red, yellow, black and blue, titles and important words in red, f.1b with a gold and polychrome heading, in brown leather binding with gilt stamped sections, folio ?? x ??cm.
Condition report: In fair condition, various stains and rubbing, several ownership inscriptions and marginal notes, minor damages to the binding, as viewed.
