Broadside headed "El General de Briigida José Antonio Mozo, Gobernador y Comandante general del Departamento de Puebla" and continuing "Art. 1a. Durante la guerra con los sublevados de Tejas, se permitirá la introducción de víveres del extrangero por el puerto de Matamoros..." The decree was first issued July 16, 1836, in Mexico City. It assigned those provisions imported to the expeditionary force, and exempted from seizure mules and wagons carrying supplies to that army from within the country.
Condition Report: Some worming and a few chips at tip edge affecting two letters; very good.
