Very Rare Baule Anthropomorphic Pulley from Ivory Coast, with Prestigious Provenance This pulley belonged to the famous gallery Claude Vérité fils et associé, until the death of his father, Pierre Vérité. All amateurs of African art have been attentive to the 2 big auctions of the collection Vérité, during which a Fang Ngil mask was sold for 6 million euros. This pulley was sold by the auction house Cannes Auction Besch, of the 21/04/2019, lot 23. A certificate written by Claude Vérité on September 1995, as well as a catalogue illustrating the sale of the 21/04/2019, will be delivered with the pulley.
