Chinese Qing Dynasty Qianlong Tea Foam Porcelain Bottle Vase. The porcelain potted in shape vase, thick and tall, globular lower body, straight cylindrical neck, flaring round mouth rim, raised on a short ring foot base with slight concave. Warm and uniform tea dust glaze applied to the surface, only the outer bottom is white glazed. Tea powder glaze is one of the important varieties of iron crystal glaze in ancient China. The Iridescent Green pale, gilt splashes and streaks characteristic of this glaze are described as yao bian, or transmutation glaze and resulting from transmutation of colloidal copper, iron, or other metallic materials into suffusions breaking up the glaze surface.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a four under glazed red script characters reign mark. Made in The Years QianLong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
