Chinese Qing Dynasty Yongzheng Bean Celadon Glazed Plate Porcelain Plate. The plate has a broad wide central interior, chrysanthemum round mouth lip, thick and large, raised on correspondence footed ring base slight concave. Warm and uniform apple green glaze applied to the surface, only the outer bottom is white glazed. Green is the most important variety of China?s porcelain. Green stands for health, prosperity, and harmony. In Chinese culture, green stands for cleanliness and purity from contamination. The Under-base bears a reign mark, a single under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within double blue rings lines. Made in The Years YongZheng Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
