Qing Period, likely 18th or early 19th century. The pieces having a red painted frame with handsomely carved and gilt trim featuring bats and fruit. Some shrinkage to the piece consistent with age. H34" W19 3/4" The piece is sold from the collection of Mr. Garnet Watson of Honolulu, Hawaii and was purchased in the 1920s from The Fong Inn Company of Honolulu, Hawaii.
