Description: The Quad 520F is a two-channel amplifier from 100 to 150 watts for 19 inch 2U rack mounting. The amplifier is intended to drive speaker loads and delivers up to 100 watts at 8 ohms or 150 watts at 4 ohms with very low distortion. Input sensitivity is 0. 5 Vrms for full output with lockable gain control. Balance inputs can be delivered on special order. The quality standard of the amplifier is of the highest order, and with any complex input distortion falling within the usable part of the audio range, it will not exceed a fraction of one percent. Overload with any load does not significantly affect long-term constants, which ensures immediate recovery and minimal deformation due to such overload.
