Queen Anne Bonnet-top Cherry High Chest, probably Wethersfield, Connecticut, c. 1770-90, the broken scrolled arched cresting centering a carved pinwheel plinth and flame-carved finials above a case with central fan-carved drawer flanked by short drawers and graduated drawers below, the lower case of five drawers centering a fan, all on cabriole legs ending in pad feet and joined by a cutout skirt, old replaced brasses, refinished, ht. 88, wd. 37 1/2, dp. 20 in.
