Quimbaya, Colombia, Stone pre-columbian spindle steering wheel - 2 cm

The piece was acquired in 1970 in Bogotá, it comes from a private collection of twelve pieces that began to be assembled sixty years ago. When the owner dies, this piece is auctioned as a last will. The certificate of authenticity is issued and signed by Mr. Jaime Errazuriz, eminent archaeologist and expert in the Tumaco - La Tolita and pre-Columbian culture in general. The acquisition was made in 1970, so it complies with the requirements imposed by the UNESCO convention of that same year and with the standards contained in the UNIDROIT treaty of 1995 relating to cultural property and rights to claim archaeological pieces, which gives peace of mind to potential buyers in the event of possible claims.
