Torah novellae on Massechta Shabbos. Dated: Buczacz 5626 (1866)

Rabbi Avraham Theomim Rabbi of Buczacz, son of Rabbi Tzvi Hirsh of Kalish, disciple of his
grandfather the famous Rabbi Yaakov of Lissa – author of Chavas Daas. Rabbi of Zborów (1830 – at
age of 16!) and Buczacz (1853). Author of Shaalos U’Teshuvos Chessed L’Avraham.

Manuscript letters by this rabbi are very rare.

Rabbi Aryeh Leibush Horowitz - Rabbi of Stanisławów, son of Rabbi Yitzchak of Ottynia, Zhurovna
and Stanislau, ordained by Rabbi Yosef Shaul of Lemberg and Rabbi Chaim Halberstam of Sanz. Rabbi
of Załoźce (1871), Stryj (1878) and as successor to his father in Stanisławów (1904). Author of
Shaalos U’Teshuvos Harei Besamim and Mipi Aryeh.

[4] sides 21x26 cm. Condition fair, stuck with old tape, a few letters missing, stained.
