Two-sided sheet copied from Pri Etz Chayim in the handwriting of the Rebbe of Zbarzh. This sheet comes from a ms. Volume containing the following colophons: ‘I began to write on Tuesday 23 rd Iyar 5525 [1765] and ‘The writing of this work was completed on Tuesday Erev Rosh Chodesh Tamuz, here in Knihynicze, these are the words of hakatan Meshulam Feivish ben la’adoni ovi hamonoach Morenu verabenu Avraham Halevy zichrono lechaya haolam haba miBrodschin.’

Rabbi Meshulam Feivish Heller of Zbarzh; one of the great disciples of the Maggid of Mezhritch, as well as of Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Premishlan and Rabbi Yechiel Mechel of Zlotshov. Direct descendant of Rabbi Yomtov Lippman Heller of Prague – author of Tosfos Yomtov. Author of Yosher Divrei Emess, an early classic chassidic work.

Single sheet with writing on both sides. 19x30 cm. Good condition. Slight tear on upper right - not affecting text.
