Rabbi Uri Shraga Feivel Schreier, great grandson of Rabbi Uri Feivel of Dubenka – author of Or Hachochma, recognised as an ilui (genius) at a young age by Rabbi Avraham David Of Butchatch the author of ‘Daas Kedoshim’ when visiting his hometown of Brodschin. Rabbi Avraham David persuaded his poor mother to allow him to care for him and teach him. Reb Shraga Feivel became the principle disciple of the Rabbi of Butchatch and edited his writings for publication, some with his own notes. At first he refused to accept a rabbinical position in Butchatch - being supported by his wife’s business, but when the business was destroyed by fire he agreed to become Rabbi of his hometown Borohodczany. Author of Gidulei Hekdesh, Mikdash Me’at and Mishmeres Hakodesh.
