RANDALL CRAPPIE DECOY IN CORRECT BOX
Made in Willmar, MN in the 1970’s, George Randall’s panfish decoys are highly sought-after. Despite a bit of bubble-flaking to the bottom of the cast lead fins, this decoy appears to have seen little, if any use. Black scales over silver Crappie pattern on the cast aluminum body is reflected on the box end written in grease pencil, along with the original $1.35 price. There are only a few of these boxes known in collections. A very nice Excellent grade combo. 4 - 1/2" Lure Dimensions: Box: 5" x 2" x 1 - 1/2".
