RARE BRONZE AGE DAGGER WITH LUNAR POMMEL AND SCABBARD

Ca. 1400 - 1200 BC. A bronze dagger with a broad triangular blade tapering to a sharp point and a pronounced central ridge. The hilt is cast with a curved guard, a short narrow grip with a moulded band, and a lunate pommel. Accompanied by a plain bronze scabbard.
