RARE CHINESE HAN DYNASTY GUARDIAN DOG - TL TESTED
A large Chinese pottery model of a guard dog , Han Dynasty; Depicted seated facing forwards with head alert and ears pricked up, moulded to the forehead to simulate skin folds, wearing a collar and harness to the upper body. Condition: VERY GOOD; Including an original TL-test from Oxford Authentication, dated 2002; Size:545mmx600mm;over 6kg. Provenance: Private UK collection from Somerset, acquired in the 1980s in Hong Kong.
