Acquired in Harbin by the great-granduncle of the present owner, 1930s
Thence by descent in the family to a Private Collection in New York
CONDITION
Observed in frame, the woodblock is float-mounted. With endemic cracking and fissures. Losses to the left edge, upper and lower corners. With visible red paint on verso. All apparent in photographs.
