c. 1271 - 1368 AD. Yuan dynasty. The elegant standing figure wearing a green dress draped around her shoulders, holding an unidentified object, perhaps a scroll, in front of him. The figure is carefully modelled, with the hair done up and a striking, detailed face. Provenance: From the private collection of D.
