RARE LENCI FASCIST BOY WITH SOCCER BALL.

Difficult to find and highly desirable costume, representing a young Italian boy from the 1930's during Mussolini period, wearing a semi-military black jacket costume with black felt cap and tassels and a blue long neckerchief with long tie in front. It appears that there were more insignia pinned to the hat, but all that is left is the appearance of a handgun. Sometimes these came with additional military feathers in the hat, but whatever had been there is no longer present, nor are the buttons on the black felt waistcoat jacket. From his right arm there is a blue and white felt soccer ball contained within a string net. There is slight fading and surface dust to facial features. 17". Condition: (Very Good).
