RARE VICTORIAN TARTAN RAINBOW SATIN GLASS FAIRY LAMP, cranberry, opal, yellow, and blue latticed pattern, fairy-sized shade etched "TARTAN" with a registry number, fitted into a colorless lamp cup stamped "S. CLARKE/FAIRY" with additional patent information, all raised on a matching base with a ruffled edge and applied frosted colorless petal feet, base etched to the exterior body "TARTAN" with a registry number below, polished pontil mark. England. Late 19th/early 20th century. 5 1/4" HOA, 7" SQ base.

Condition Report: Very good condition overall with the shade having a moderate bruise to the interior of the top rim, top rim and fitter having expected minute flaking/roughness, base having some light flaking to two petal feet.
