seat replaced, back feet with 1-inch lift.
Height 43 ⅞ in.

Condition Report:
Overall fine condition. Wear commensurate with age and use. Few age splits visible. The seat is replaced. The rear feet have a 1" tall block added to the bottom of each.
Width: 22 1/2 in,; Depth of seat: 18 in.
