RARE & FINE CIVIL WAR LARGE FRAME PINFIRE/
PERCUSSION LEMAT REVOLVER. Cal. 12mm/20bore. S# 3103. There are only a handful of these large frame 9-shot 12mm pinfire LeMat revolvers w/ 20 Ga. percussion shotgun bbl., all are found numbered starting at 3000, only a few hundred thought to of been made w/ highest number noted 3214. This is a very fine example retaining much of its original finish w/ well discerned patent marking & Liege proofs. CONDITION: fine overall, retains about 30-40% of its original blue & case color.
