- Charron Ltd., based in Puteaux, near Paris, where it had operated since 1906, was born from the ashes of the former Automobile Charron, Girardot et Voigt (trademark C.G.V.). The founder, Fernand Charron, was famous in the automotive world for having often excelled in Panhard races at the turn of the century.
- Charron was credited with the production and use of the first 8-cylinder in-line engine (1903) and the first armoured car (1902).
- 4-cylinder engine with 12 hp.
- Completely restored, probably never used since.
- Stopped for a long time. Same collection since January 1998.
- French logbook, cancelled in December 1997, when it entered current owner’s collection.
- Rare car, from a little known manufacturer but with an interesting history.
