Drypoint etching, circa 1650, on Japan paper, a fine, delicate impression of New Hollstein's third and final state, White and Boon's second and final state, unevenly trimmed with thread margins along three sides and a narrow margin along the bottom. Condition: Good; UV-tested, with the sheet toned, pale scattered foxing, some surface soiling, stray pencil notations verso, hinged in the upper right and left corners, a few small areas of skillful restoration (the largest measuring 1/4 x 2in along the extreme upper sheet edge), possibly reinforced verso due to the delicate nature of the paper.
