REMINGTON ROLLING BLOCK MILITARY RIFLE

SERIAL 1035. BARREL 35". CALIBER .43 SPANISH. The tang has Remington address stamp. The 3-bands are stamped U and the serial number is on right side of frame. The military rear sight has American numerals. Those are the only stamps that can be found on this rifle so the country of issue is up for debate. This is a standard military style 3-band rifle with long walnut fore-end and carbine butt stock & plate with sling swivels. No original finish, metal is now s soft patina.
