CASE. Cal. 41 RF. S# 52 (beneath the left grip panel). Bbl. 3". Model 95 O/U derringer pistol mfg. by Remington UMC. The top of the bbl. rib is marked "REMINGTON ARMS - U.M.C. CO. ILION, N.Y.". Metal components exhibit a blue finish, with the frame being mounted with 2-piece ivory grips. Grip screw is a contemporary replacement. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: contemporary wood display case featuring a green fabric lining. CONDITION: metal components retain traces of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting wear and thinning that shows through to a gray patina, with light to mild pitting present overall. Bores are bright, exhibiting scattered spots of mild to moderate pitting and retain good rifling throughout. Ivory grips exhibit some scattered marks from handling and storage, but otherwise remains sturdy and serviceable. Case is very good to excellent overall. (23-6107/MLW). CURIO. $300-450.
