REUNION PHOTO 25TH ANNIVERSARY GETTYSBURG 4TH MAINE REGT & FAMILY PHOTO FROM SAME SOURCE

1888 Albumen Photo of the 4th Maine Regiment Veterans posing at the Devil's Den at Gettysburg, where they were much abused on July 2-3 of 1863. Col. Elijah Walker at center of front row, Lt. Orrin Mitchell and Lt. Julius Litchfield alongside, all of Rockland,Maine, where they had formed up their company in 1861. In the original oak frame, OS: 18 1/2" x 22", SS: 10" x 13 1/2", under the original glass, water stained, the photo is stuck to the back of the glass on the right, lifted, but possible to restore. Rare in any condition. PLUS an Albumen Family Photo from about the same time and purchased from the same estate, possibly of Mitchell and his family? 10" x 15" photo in 13" x 18" frame, good condition.
