Condition Report:
Overall the condition of the marble is very good, with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There are a few minor dirt marks to the hair and the headscarf on top of the head, and to the chin and the lips. There is some further dirt to the reverse. There are a few naturally occuring inclusions, including to the headscarf on the proper right side of the neck and to the drapery at the centre close to the truncation. There are a few chips to the marble where the socle meets the bust, and there is some plaster applied here. There are remnants of an old label to the reverse of the socle.
