Condition Report:
The following condition report was kindly provided by Simon Parkes Art Conservation, Inc.: Not examined out of the frame. This work is painted on a panel which is flat and shows no cracks or breaks. The panel is unreinforced on the reverse. The paint layer is stable. The painting is clean and lightly varnished. Although some of the original pigment in the clouds reads strongly under ultraviolet light, there are no retouches. The work should be hung as is.
