CONDITION REPORT:
The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is flush-mounted on board. A minute abrasion is to the lower left turning edge, within the margins of the sheet. Indentations are to the upper corners, within the margins of the sheet. Otherwise, it is our opinion that there are no apparent condition issues.
