CONDITION REPORT:
The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In good condition, structurally secure and ready to place. Overall with nicks, marks and scratches consistent with age and use. With some wear to the tiles, including tiny 'nibbles.' With some crazing to the ceramic. With minor wear and patination to the metal around the top. Possibly with a tiny loss to a tile near the signature, possibly from the making.
